Carlos, a middle-aged executive, is addicted to his mobile phone. He is constantly answering emails, making video calls, or plugged into endless five-way conference calls. However, when his wife, Adela, stands up and tells him she wants a divorce, his world comes crashing down. He searches for a solution to his problems and finds it in a revolutionary therapy for mobile phone addiction.

Shooting in Bilbao is always a challenge when it comes to maintaining continuity of light. Over six weeks, we faced particularly changeable weather, including winds of up to 120 km/h. It was a demanding shoot, but I was lucky to have an incredible crew who made it possible to hold the film together — literally as well as visually.

 

Rodar en Bilbao siempre supone un reto para mantener la continuidad de la luz. Durante seis semanas nos enfrentamos a un tiempo especialmente cambiante, incluso a vientos de hasta 120 km/h. Fue un rodaje exigente, pero tuve la suerte de contar con un equipo increíble que hizo posible mantener la película en pie, tanto literal como visualmente.
