UN EFECTO ÓPTICO

A couple from Burgos, Alfredo and Teresa, travel to New York intending to switch off and do everything listed in their guidebook. But from the moment they land, they begin to notice signs — some subtle, others less so — suggesting that they may not actually be in the city sold to them by the travel agency. So where are they? (78 min.)

This shoot was the very definition of going out with friends to “steal horses”: very few resources and even less time. Yet it remains a wonderful memory of what can happen when a talented team comes together.
